What to Plant In January in Southeast Texas
For the month of January we will primarily focus on tending to the crops we planted back in November & December, however, we still have lots that can be planted in Southeast Texas. Many varieties of greens, root crops, peas and beans can all be planted in January. We recommend planting your cool season crops in succession every two weeks in order to have consistent harvests into the beginning of our first warm season.
Southeast Texas can be such a great place to garden because gardening can happen year ‘round. If you need help planning your space book a consult at the button below!
