Lawn Maintenance Technician
Purpose: Support the Lawn Maintenance team by performing high-quality lawn and landscape maintenance tasks per company standards and client expectations.
Scope: Hands-on work with tools, equipment, and landscape materials to help maintain residential and commercial spaces, while following safety protocols and team workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain landscape beds, parking lots, lawns, etc.
Operate and maintain mowers, trimmers, edgers, blowers, and hand tools.
Follow crew lead and mowing SOPs to ensure consistent, reliable results
Support crew members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth operations
Maintain jobsite cleanliness and adhere to safety standards
Report issues or delays promptly to crew lead or management
Qualifications & Essential Skills
Clean driving record (preferable but not required) and valid driver’s license
Your own reliable transportation, timeliness and attendance are a must
Recent work history: landscaping experience is a plus but not required
Familiarity with hand tools, tape measures, and small equipment
Problem solver who learns from experience and seeks to improve
Reliable and accountable with a strong work ethic
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift 50+ lbs
Ability to maintain a positive attitude and clear head at all times.
